Order your brisket for Christmas today. There are 3 options available, the point, the flat or chopped brisket.

Orders are open till the 17th of December and can be picked up from the restaurant between the 18th and 22nd of December. No delivery available.

Please make sure you keep the brisket refrigerated at all times before cooking.

For heating Point and Flat

1. Preheat oven to 130C
2. Place brisket (leave in bag) in a large roasting pan.
3. Fill pan with warm water so Brisket is almost covered.
4. Cover tightly with tin foil.
5. Place in oven to heat for a round 30mins (flats) - 50mins (points) until warm.

For heating chopped brisket

1. Preheat oven to 130C
2. Place meat (leave in bag) in a large roasting pan.
3. Fill pan with warm water so bag is covered.
4. Cover tightly with tin foil.
5. Place in oven to heat for a round 30mins until warm
