Orders are open till the 17th of December and can be picked up from the restaurant between the 18th and 22nd of December. No delivery available.
Please make sure you keep the chicken refrigerated at all times before cooking.
For heating chickens
1. Preheat oven to 130C
2. Place chicken (leave in bag) in a large roasting pan.
3. Fill pan with warm water so bag covered.
4. Cover tightly with tin foil.
5. Place in oven to heat for a round 30mins until warm
Alternatively leave to come to room temp and finish on a grill.
