Fancy Hank's teams up with Daniel Brooks, from Licha's Cantina in Austin, Texas for a very special collaborative lunch. 
The Tex-Mex menu will feature a combination of classic slow cooked BBQ and Mexican flavours, and chefs Mike Patrick and Daniel Brooks will be doing talks and cooking on site.
At Saturday's event, see the boys preparing a whole pig to be smoked overnight, while on Sunday they'll be breaking the pig down.

Book a table any night of the week for up to 11 guests using our Open Table Reservations Platform.  If a table is not available, swing by, and we will get you seated as quickly as possible - we always keep a number of tables for walk in guests!
