Fancy Hank's serves American-style, slow cooked BBQ, using the finest quality free range meats, smoked with native timbers in our custom-built, 2 tonne smoker. Brisket, ribs and pulled-pork sit alongside the traditional sides as well as a number of unique dishes.

We use traditional southern cooking techniques and combine these with local produce to put our unique spin on this regional American Cuisine.

Book a table any night of the week for up to 20 guests using our Open Table Reservations Platform.  If a table is not available, swing by, and we will get you seated as quickly as possible - we always keep a number of tables for walk in guests!
