We’re updating our kitchen at our Bourke Street restaurant to make way for our sister venue (and future next-door neighbour) Springrock Public Bar.

As such, the restaurant is closed for a little while, however you can still quench those Fancy Hank’s cravings by visiting us at Welcome To Thornbury.

You can find us there every week, Thursday to Sunday, serving up our signature smoked meats and sandwiches, until late May.
